I tried the Cherry Lola Treatment

Just wanted to share that I tried the Cherry Lola Treatment today & loved it. I shampooed, d/c, acv, clt then finished off with kimmaytube leave in treatment. The clt & kimmaytube where the only two difft things done. I notice more softness & curl definition. Yay!

This is a new one to me. When I first read the post I thought it said "Cherry Cola." I was like, "Oh man, what won't we put in our hair!" LOL!! Really happy you found something your hair likes.

Just be sure to use the Cherry Lola treatment ONLY if you have Low Porosity hair. It's designed to open up difficult to open cuticles. If you have High Porosity hair this treatment will make the situation worse.

The baking soda in the treatment is alkaline and opens up the hair cuticles. High porosity curlies do not need their cuticles opened, they need them closed. So they will benefit moreso from acidic treatments such as ACV rinses.

Hey Maria, I just took a look at your order and I suggest you do the CLT before the ACV. The CLT will open you hair cuticles, while the ACV closes them. You always want to finish off with closing your cuticles (eg, ACV or cold water rinse) because that locks in the moisture.

Oh thanks. I didn't realize that. I didn't do it that way this time, but will do it next time. I wonder if I can do it weekly or just once a month. Do you know? I have low porosity hair. That's how I stumbled onto the treatment.
