    Thanks, I hate missing workouts plus I wanted to see how I would handle an extra workout, it's something I did pretty frequently when I belonged to a gym several years ago. I think that my personal challenge for the Fall will be to double up 2 to three times a week. We're still on for starting Monday. I'm sorry that your having issues, I hope that you'll recover completely and quickly!
